Phnom Penh—On 18 September 2018, the Khan Russey Keo NSSF branch team of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training facilitated to prepare the documents for claiming benefits and providing 70% of daily allowance of maternity leave to 11 postnatal workers working in 02 different enterprises/establishments as follow:
- Y Fashion (Cambodia) Co., LTD.: 10 workers
- Fu Chengxi Company : 01 worker
Meanwhile, the Khan Russey Keo NSSF branch officials provided the benefit awards on medical care services to 02 health facilities in Phnom Penh capital and Kandal province—Kilometer 9 and Kok Roka Health Centers respectively.
It is certified that all workers working in the enterprises/establishment from 01 year or more and paying contribution to NSSF at least 09 months within 12 months until the date of delivery will receive 90-day maternity leave and 120% of wage (70% from NSSF and 50% from employer) and other benefits.
