Russey Keo—On Thursday of 07 June 2018, the Russey Keo NSSF branch inspectors of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training investigated a case of traffic accident between car and motorcycle happened at 06:30 a.m. on 07 June 2018.
The victim, Nhun Thea, injured her left shin while she was commuting from her housing to workplace by her motorcycle. The victim is a female worker of Sprotext Industry Co., Ltd located in Sangkat Kilometer 6, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.
Inspectors confirmed that because the victim’s wound was serious, the technical doctor team decided to amputate her left leg to stop the virus to spread to other areas of leg because the doctor examined that the wound became decomposed and had worm.
The Russey Keo NSSF branch inspectors made a minute at the victim’s house situated in Chhvang commune, Ponhea Lueu district, Kandal province in order to collect more information associated with the wound of victim and then went to investigate and took photos at the accidental scene as well as continued to go to her workplace with a view to asking some information from the factory administration and collecting additional documents.
