Phnom Penh—On 10 July 2018, H.E. Meng Hong, Representative of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, presided over the dissemination meeting on Policy Implementation of Social Security Schemes for the factory administrators, shop stewards, local trade unions, and workers amounted to 35 participants at Hyun Woo Cam Co., Ltd. situated in Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
He added that the meeting is really significant for workers to raise awareness and remember the NSSF policy.
Moreover, he said that this meeting is held to disseminate the policy implementation of social security schemes and challenges as well as particularly strengthening of benefit provision service to workers with punctuality and trust.
He certified that currently NSSF has branches in 25 capital/provinces, has registered 11,814 enterprises/establishments with 1,456,241 workers, and has signed the agreement with 1,319 health facilities free of charge.
