Phnom Penh—H.E. OUK Samvithyea, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) presided over in the internal meeting with all directors of departments and provincial-Khan branches of NSSF. In this morning, he certified precisely that as official and staff serving the NSSF members, we must build our capacity by continuing to raise more awareness of the laws and legal instruments involved with our operation with a view to fulfilling works for organization and society as a whole.
He added that as the civil servant, we must serve the citizens, particularly for workers, with code of ethics, gentleness, rigorousness, and high responsibility in spite of the fact that we have received the fruitful achievements so far.
He also continued to urge all directors and deputy directors of departments and the provincial-Khan NSSF branches to keep on either leading the implementation, obeying disciplines, or accelerating the punctual provision of daily allowance and additional allowance of the Royal Government for the postnatal NSSF member, in particular the punctual facilitation for the NSSF member to access medical care services at the health facilities signed the agreement with NSSF.
On such occasion, he recommended all NSSF leaders, officials, and staff to carry on strictly and regularly adhering to the COVID-19 preventive measures of the 3 Dos and 3 Don’ts in a bid to contain the spread of COVID-19 in line with the measures of Ministry of Health in response to the high recommendation of Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, by issuing the strategies to contain the spread of COVID-19 with the aim of maintaining welfare for the citizens with high success and reaching the reviving of all sectors.
It is certified that the above-mentioned internal meeting was held in the morning of 15 December 2021 in the Grand Meeting of the NSSF Headquarter with the presence of approximately 100 participants via Zoom Meeting and physically.
