Phnom Penh—On 11 March 2020, H.E. Ouk Samvithyea, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director of the National Social Security Fund, presided over in the internal meeting, which was held in the Grand Hall of the NSSF Headquarter, with the presence of Directors and Deputy-Directors of Divisions of the NSSF Headquarter and Heads of the NSSF Khan branch amounted to approximately 40 participants in order to monitor challenges and abnormalities that are the obstacle of receiving services.
On such occasion, he urged additionally the NSSF directors, deputy-directors, and officials of all divisions and branches to accelerate the punctual and effective provision of daily allowance and additional allowance of the Royal Government to the NSSF member who are postnatal worker, especially for the punctual facilitation for the NSSF member to access service at the contracted health facility.
He added that as civil servants, we take efforts to serve the citizen, particularly workers, well and punctually in response to the National Social Protection Policy Framework 2016-2025 of the Royal Government with effectiveness. Until now, NSSF is recognized and appreciate highly by the Royal Government for fulfilling its duties better and punctually, especially for service provision of social security schemes to the postnatal worker.
