Phnom Penh — On the afternoon of 7 March 2022, H.E. HENG Sophannarith, the NSSF Deputy Director General and Head of the Working Group on Legal Affairs of NSSF, chaired the meeting to discuss and review in detail and comprehensively on the draft Sub-Decree on the Roles and Duties of the NSSF Social Security Inspector in order to collect key inputs to improve this draft sub-decree before submitting to the NSSF Governing Body for approval.
Be also informed that this draft sub-decree aims to determine roles, duties, rights, powers, and ranks classification of the NSSF social security inspector in monitoring the implementation of the Law on Social Security Schemes and other relevant legal instruments with effectiveness, transparency, and accountability.
This meeting was held at the Grand Meeting Room of the NSSF Headquarter with the presence of 15 NSSF leaders and officials.
