Phnom Penh — On Tuesday afternoon, 1 February 2022, His Excellency HENG Sophannarith, Deputy Director General of NSSF and Representative of His Excellency OUK Samvithyea, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director General of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), gave an interview and had consultation with the International Labour Organization (ILO) on “Evaluation of the SIDA-Funded Programme for Strengthening Local Governance for Delivering Social Services and Social Protection for Vulnerable Children and Women in Cambodia (LGSP) and the UN Joint Programme for Supporting the National Social Protection Policy Framework in Cambodia (UNJP)” via Zoom Meeting.
The interview and consultation above were made to collect the important inputs in relation to the implementation of NSSF and the social protection in Cambodia for evaluating the two SIDA-Funded Programmes: (1) Strengthening local governance for delivering social services and social protection for vulnerable children and Women in Cambodia and (2) the UN Joint Programme for supporting the National Social Protection Policy Framework in Cambodia.
