Phnom Penh—H.E. Ouk Samvithyea, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Director of the National Social Security Fund of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, presided over in the training course on Update of Internal Skills which was held on 25 June 2019 in the meeting room of NSSF headquarter, Phnom Penh. In addition, for the whole morning, he was giving the presentation by explaining precisely the skillful work in relation to social security sector to all technical staffs with the aim of bettering their capacity building, sharing the lesson learned and new experiences related to the more effective implementation of daily work, and ensuring the service provision of social security schemes with quality, punctuality, and effectiveness to the NSSF member even if the technical staff, so far, have performed well and received the fruitful result.
In this training course H.E. also assign that, all technical staff from all division of NSSF better fulfil their job role right that appropriate for Nation Social Protection Policy Framework of the Royal Government with high effectiveness.
It certified that this training course aims to promote the capacity building of technical staffs involved with social security sector, which is held on 2-12 July 2019. It has 3 times; each of which lasts 4 days. After each training course is finished, there is a quiz to ensure that all the participants understand and can apply the entire lesson learnt for their work with high quality.
