Preah Sihanouk—On Monday morning of 27 August 2018, the Preah Sihanouk NSSF officials of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training registered workers by offline system amounted to 885 workers (62 females) working in Preah Sihanouk Autonomous Port situated in Sangkat 3, Preah Sihanouk city, Preah Sihanouk province.
The on-site registration is to relieve the traveling difficulty of workers to do the NSSF membership card in the NSSF branch and facilitate all formal and informal workers to receive the NSSF membership cards as soon as possible in order to access medical care services of both Occupational Risk and Health Care in the health facilities signed the agreement with NSSF free of charge and other benefits.
It certifies that until now NSSF has registered 12,243 enterprises/establishments with 1,470,128 workers (886,895 females); they has entitlement to enjoy medical care services free of charge in all health facilities signed the agreement with NSSF and receive other benefits.
