Phnom Penh—On 12 May 2017, the National Social Security Fund of Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training convened the discussion meeting on Service Provision of Health Facility to the NSSF Member which led by Mr. Ouk Samvithyea, Executive Director of the National Social Security Fund, and participated by representatives of Ministry of Health, Garment Manufacture Association in Cambodia (GMAC), Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Association (CAMFEBA), Cambodian Council of National Unions (CCNU), Union Federation, Trade Union to the Factory, employee, and garment and footwear factory administrator. In the spirit of meeting, there are some challenges and requests were mentioned in a bid to address together and improve the service provision of health facility and facilitation of NSSF for the member. Totally, NSSF will convene the meeting every three months and establish the complaint settlement team to receive complaints or problems and resolve them on time.
