Phnom Penh: on 04-05 December 2014, the National Social Security Fund opened the training course on First-Aid for 12 NSSF officials by inviting the expert from the Red Cross Organization of Cambodia as a trainer. The goals of this training course for building the NSSF officials’ capacity with a view to having sufficient feasibility of first-aid comprise as follows:
- Rescue life
- Prevent wound against more serious symptom
- Make the victim feel warm and strong
- Enable the victim to gain the medical treatment and care punctually
- Facilitate the general practitioner for treatment
