TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USING NSSF MOBILE APPLICATION
Thank you for registering with NSSF Mobile Application.
By accessing and using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read and understand the Terms and Conditions for the access to our mobile application. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use and do not wish to be bound by it then you may not access our mobile application.
DEFINITION
“NSSF Mobile” means the mobile application designed to provide NSSF members their personal social security information.
“NSSF ID” means an identification code which consists of 15 characters created for NSSF member upon registering as NSSF member.
“Password” means the variable numbers and personal words between 8-16 characters used with the NSSF ID to access the NSSF Member.
“NSSF” means National Social Security Fund.
1. RULES OF USAGE
In order to use NSSF Mobile, first you are required to register as a user by using your NSSF ID to register and your Phone number for verification.
By this registration, you make representations and warrants that (i) you are the person who register as a user using NSSF ID of yours only (ii) the information given in the registration screen is true and accurate. NSSF the right to refuse or cancel your registration if the information supplied is incomplete, incorrect, false or fraudulent.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for keeping your account detail safe. You agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions contained, and any additional rules and regulations for the usage of the app, which may be updated from time to time.
2. TRADE MARKS
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed in this app are owned by NSSF.
Unless with prior written consent first has been obtained from NSSF, any of the trademarks, service marks or logos appearing on the app, no license or right is granted to any party accessing this app to use, download, reproduce copy or modify such trademarks, service marks or logos.
3. PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the app. NSSF will not be responsible or any loss and/or damage suffered by you due to unauthorized usage or misuse of the Password.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. CHARGES/FEES
There are currently no fees for accessing or using NSSF Mobile Application. All the information and materials provided on our app are free for the users.
5. TERMINATION
NSSF reserves the right in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to NSSF Mobile at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of Terms shall survive termination and should be effective and binding on you from the date you sign up to use NSSF Mobile and will continue in full force until NSSF Mobile is terminated.
6. PROHIBITED USE
You are prohibited to use the app to carry out any activities that are against the law or any activities deemed by NSSF as not for the purpose of the NSSF Mobile is provided.
You are only allowed to use a registered account and usage of other user accounts on the app is prohibited.
By using the app by you hereby represent, warrant, undertake and agree that you will not:
(i) use, reproduce, distribute, publish or communicate any information obtained from NSSF Mobile for any commercial reasons, unless the activity has been approved in writing and expressly by NSSF; and (ii) would not use the app for any purposes that violate the laws in Cambodia.
7. YOUR CONSENT TO ACCESS FUNCTIONS OF YOUR DEVICE
Use of NSSF Mobile App may require you to have following:
- Have access to internet
- Have a compatible device
- Allow access for our app to your device functions such as device’s camera, push notifications, the obtaining and/or sharing of your location, or the collection of data from you in connection with our app. (You may not be able to use some functionalities of our app if you do not comply to the mentioned requirements)
8. THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The information and services offered by NSSF Mobile may contains errors, bugs or other limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, NSSF is not responsible for any loss or damage to you arising out of access or use or inability to use NSSF Mobile.
9. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You are advised to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time for any changes.
By continuing to access or use our app or service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may stop using our app.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
The information you provided upon the app registration will be protected and kept by NSSF. NSSF will not alter or disclose confidential information unless NSSF is required to do so in accordance with the provisions of any law or regulations, or to protect the rights and property of NSSF.
